Kansas City Nepalese Society is a non profit organization, incorporated in April 15, 2015 under the laws of the State of Kansas, and within the meaning of (or defined by) the section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any subsequent Internal Revenue Law, or corresponding section (s) of any future Federal tax code. KCNS shall have friendly, cooperative, and working relations with other organizations around the globe that share similar goals and purpose.
